In May, I started graduate school! I am getting my Masters in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University of Minnesota! I am beyond excited for this new journey. My first class is coming to an end next week and there is something I want to share with you that I am so grateful for.
My class was online. My classes going forward will be online, thanks to COVID. My textbook for this recent class was actually online as well. So I was getting a lot of screen time and my eyes were KILLING me! I bought some blue light blocking glasses while I was working at Nordstrom because I would get a lot of screen time there as well, but I totally forgot about them going into this class. It wasn't until halfway through my class I remembered I had glasses!
I really like this specific pair of Quay (pronounced kee) blue light blocking glasses because they're trendy yet classic, and aren't very expensive. The clear frame doesn't block your face, which a lot of glasses can do! If you don't like this specific pair, no need to worry, there are many to choose from!
If you are on the computer a lot, which I'm guessing most of you are, especially if you're working from home, you NEED to buy a pair of blue light blocking glasses! They will save your eyes, I promise!
