Stylist Saturday: Couple Fashion
With patios opening up, the hubs and I have been beyond ready to do some socializing over summer
drinks with friends. Last night had been the first time in nearly 4 months that we got together with a few of Keith's co-workers at our go-to spot, McHugh's Public House in Savage. Normally we would meet this particular crew for Tuesday night trivia. Although our traditional trivia is on hiatus, we were all ready to reconvene to check in with one another. It was refreshing!
In this lengthy down time, I've been finding myself missing the tactile nature of shopping. I have been going out in the last couple of weeks now that things are opening back up. Before heading to our evening outing, I wanted to hit Southdale to make a J.Crew exchange. Of course I can never just go straight to the counter, especially after being out of the shopping game for the last few months. I perused through, finding a few items for myself. Unfortunately, the dressing rooms were closed so I made an educated guess and brought things home.
One of the items I took home was the blue leopard pull-on short (pictured). I also purchased in olive green. I have bought this style from J.Crew Factory in the past, but as soon as I put the J.Crew ones on, my factory ones went to the trash. Often times factory or outlet style stores make garments specifically for the store, usually lesser quality. It's so worth spending a little extra as things will last and just simply feel better wearing.
I am also loving Keith's outfit! I had just bought him these Puma OG Retro sneakers from DSW. I've been eyeing them because of their cool, casual aesthetic. As soon as he put them on, he admired the look and comfort. They were a hit and will go well with shorts, jeans, and chinos.
Here is how you and your guy can create our look (click on the picture to go to the link page)!
