Sydnie’s fashion journey started in the stroller. The mall quickly became her second home as her mom would take her through the aisles of fabrics, colors, and patterns. Inspiration continued into middle school and high school, getting voted “most fashionable” through her styling efforts. Little did she know, this love for clothing would turn into something much greater. Sydnie attended South Dakota State University where she obtained her degree in Apparel Merchandising and minors in Dance and Business. During college, she led as president of Apparel Merchandising Association and interned for Christopher Straub (Project Runway designer). After graduation, Sydnie and her husband moved to the Twin Cities to pursue new careers. Sydnie began working for À La Mode as a stylist August of 2015.
