Stylist Saturday: Carly
While I spend a lot of time at work, I also spend a lot of time momming. When my kiddos were super little I definitely had "mom only" pieces, but now with Anna already 1 1/2 I have started having less "mom only" and have been utilizing my closet more fully on a day-to-day basis. With that said, my number one criteria for any outfit is comfort, so I already have an arsenal of comfy pieces I adore in my closet. One a recent night post work, I felt great in the following outfit. It was kid friendly (yes, I consider white shorts kid friendly and carry shout wipes with me/don't worry about them) and still felt stylish/true to what makes me happy.
My typical go-tos for my momming look include shorts (solid or patterned), flat sandals, interesting top (or solid depending on my short choice), and a fun earring.
This day in particular I was rocking:
2) Target Universal Threads short (I client turned me on to these and I really love them!)
3) Rachel Zoe slide sandal (similar here)
4) My beloved madewell earring, now sold out but similar here
