Buy-of-the-Week: Linen Top

Why I bought it
I found this for a client at Optiz Outlet and realized they had two so went back for one for myself post shop :) I had been looking for something lightweight for summer and loved the bold stripe. I am also SUPER sensitive to fabrics and typically linen bugs my skin. This was so soft however (and I knew good quality being EF) that I was thrilled to have something cool with the warm weather approaching.
Wear & Pair
I typically joke to clients that Eileen Fisher and I do not get along (and indeed do not like the styling they have on their site for it)! I love her materials, craftsmanship, and colors, however feel like most of her clothes are way too boxy/unflattering. I sized down in this sweater and it needs a definite side tuck and skinny pant to make it flattering. I loved the look with a washed black destructed skinny denim and plan to also use with black, white, and lighter blue denim and shorts all summer long.

Every time I put this on I feel like a million bucks. Stylish, trendy, but still comfortable and not like I am trying too hard!
