Stylist Saturday: Cut-Out Boots

Although they might not be the most practical boot to wear in the dead of winter, (especially for my Minnesota friends) cut out boots have become an all time favorite look of mine. They are very flattering on the ankle and look super cute with dresses, leggings or raw hem jeans. You can wear a low ankle sock or one that just covers your toes for more support, without showing through the cut outs.
